Underhill provides a full staff of Engineers, NJDCA Certified Inspectors, Troxler certified soil technicians, ACI Certified concrete and Penn DOT certified technicians. We are approved by the New Jersey Treasury Division of Property Management & Construction and School Development Authority. In addition, we have a full-service laboratory, in-house, that is certified by CCRL, AMRL, AASHTO and the Army Corps of Engineers.
